In the long months leading up to the beginning of the 2023-2024 ACHA season, the dedicated players of the Texas Tech Club Hockey team have been hard at work both on and off the ice. The team has developed a new and extensive pre-season training program, giving them an edge sharp enough to shave the stripes off the ETBU Tigers. Team Vice President Peter Loncar had this to say looking forward to the beginning of the season, “Everything is faster, people are getting more physical, more competition is making us even better”. With both teams finishing the 2022-2023 season with a nearly identical record, it’s safe to say TTU has some unfinished business with their eastern rivals.
Puck drop is at 10:30 PM on Friday, October 6 and 2:00 PM Saturday, October 7.
The game will be available for streaming on Black Dog Hockey ( bdehockey.com )
